He got a Chemical Engineering degree at UAH, and began work at Thiokol in 1984 in the Development Group, and continued to work with the company until the end of 1995. Aside from working at Thiokol, he worked as a contractor for the company for NASA, as well as working for the Redstone Test Center. He held various responsibilities at these and other organizations, contributed to the PAC 3 project, and continues to work in various roles. He discusses his personal life, reflects on the working relationships formed at and since Thiokol, and closes by advising youth on challenging themselves.
